Typically, conference rooms and auditoria in Lord Hotel are equipped with:
- Flipchart kits with accessories (paper and markers)
- Screen for multimedia presentations,
- Table for speaker’s equipment (overhead projector or computer projector and laptop)
- Laud-speaking system with a wireless microphone
- Telephone
- Access to the Internet (WiFi or cable network)
- Conference board table covered with a cloth
- Comfortable chairs and tables for conference participants
- Decoration of the room with the organizer’s logo
Whenever necessary:
- Reception hosting at the conference room entrance
- Possibility to connect own equipment to the laud-speaking system
- Overhead projector
For an additional fee we also provide:
- Computer projector for multimedia
- Laptop

- Computer workstations
- TV + VHS or DVD
- Additional lighting /illumination
- Three-phase power supply 380 VAC * Supplementary wireless microphones
Upon request we also prepare price calculation for simultaneous interpretations,
video-conferences or other services required by Clients.
